Haiti has the lowest life expectancy and the highest infant mortality rate in the Western Hemisphere. The Bethesda Referral & Teaching Hospital plans to change this by constructing a 225-bed hospital in Port Lafito, developing a nationwide community care network, training Haitian clinical professionals, and hosting large numbers of North Americans to teach medical personnel. We believe that by imp
