TRANSPORT COMPLETE!

Paula’s story could have ended very differently. This sweet senior was rescued from the euthanasia list in South Texas and given a second chance at the happy life she so deserved. Thanks to our wonderful friends at Long Way Home, Paula was placed into a loving foster home while everyone waited for the perfect family to come along.

And they found her! 🥹
Paula officially found her forever home in Phoenix where she will spend her golden years surrounded by love, comfort and a family she was always meant to have.

A huge shout out to our incredible Flight Angel, Tracy C.! Tracy volunteered her time and made the journey possible, helping Paula safely make her way to her happily ever after. It takes special people to give their time and go the extra mile to make these rescue journeys happen.. and Tracy did exactly that for Paula!

From a South Texas euthanasia list to a LUVing forever home in Phoenix, Paula’s journey is a beautiful reminder that every life is worth saving and every senior deserves the chance to know what it feels like to be home.

TRANSPORT COMPLETE!

Sometimes the road home takes a few unexpected turns, but sweet Ebby never stopped deserving her happily ever after.

Ebby’s owner passed away in 2025 and this precious 12 year old chi entered Long Way Home program. She was quickly adopted, but heartbreakingly, her new owner passed away unexpectedly just three months later.

Thankfully, Ebby’s story didn’t end there. She was adopted once again and she is now HOME with her forever family thanks to our incredible Flight Angel Charlene W!

A huge shoutout to Charlene, who donated her day to help make this reunion possible. Charlene flew from Houston to Nashville to deliver this “precious cargo” to her new family. She truly lives the SWA way with her Servants Heart ❤️💛💙
And we also want to give a special thank you to Jacob, who helped Charlene carry Ebby to the terminal so they could make a quicker delivery. With Charlene needing to catch her flight home, Jacob’s help was a HUGE! We appreciate you and the kind act of service!

Another incredible transport made possible by amazing people coming together for a dog who deserved a second chance.. and a forever home.

Thank you to all of our friends at LWHA for another amazing transport and for continuing to give these deserving pups the homes they’ve always deserved.

TRANSPORT COMPLETE!

Belle touched down in Albany, NY thanks to our amazing veteran Flight Angel, Mary S! They flew from Houston and battled some weather delays but that didn’t stop them! Her new family was so excited to meet her and we can’t say thank you enough to everyone involved in this special day.
Mary truly goes above and beyond for any animal in need. Her Servants Heart and Warrior Spirit shines BRIGHT ✨
This was a Team effort thanks to our friends at Long Way Home. We LUV this partnership and everything they do for rescues in TX!

We are so excited to celebrate sweet Junie as she made her way to her forever home in Kentucky!

Junie’s journey was made possible through the incredible teamwork between rescue, transport volunteers (both on the ground and in the sky!) and her amazing adoptive family. We were honored to be a part of helping this sweet girl travel safely to the next chapter of her life.

A very special thank you goes to our Flight Angel, Karla C, for making Junie’s transport possible. We are so grateful for her dedication to helping rescue pets get where they need to go. It truly makes a difference in the rescue world ❤️💛💙

Shortly after arriving home, Junie experienced a neurological event and her family acted quickly to get her the veterinary care she needed. We are grateful that she is now stabilized and surrounded by so much LUV and support. While her front legs do not always work the way they used to, Junie is still enjoying life and showing everyone just how resilient she is. Her family has even made sure she has a set of wheels ready whenever she needs a little extra help getting around. 🥹

This is exactly why we do what we do.. Helping animals get from where they are to where they belong. Seeing Junie LUVed, cared for and thriving in her forever home is the greatest reward.

TRANSPORT COMPLETE!

Courage was abandoned in a field with another dog that unfortunately didn’t make it. When he was rescued, he was emaciated, dehydrated and filled with parasites. pulled him from the shelter, fostered him and gave him the TLC that he needed. They found him an amazing adopter in PA, but needed our help to get him there.. That’s when our amazing Flight Angel Carol F stepped in.. 🤍

Carol donated her day to taking Courage from HOU — BWI where his new family was there to meet them with open arms! It’s Angels like Carol that remind us why we do what we do! She goes above and beyond with every transport she does and shows every rescue pet LUV.
Thank you Carol for all your hard work!

Courage now has a second chance at FURever and we are so excited for this new chapter ❤️💛💙

TRANSPORT COMPLETE!

What a special day for Cooper! He made it home on the 4th of July thanks to Linda S! She flew him from HOU — SAV where he was greeted by his new family! So many passengers were invested in his story and got to watch and see the official hand off!
What an amazing start to this sweet boy FURever!

Congrats Beanie We**ie!

Beanie flew all the way to California from Houston to meet her forever momma, Malva! A huge thank you to for saving her life and making this journey possible by finding her the best home!

A very special shoutout to our incredible volunteer and Flight Angel, Ross B, who generously donated his entire day to ensure Beanie made it safely to her new family.
Flight Angels like Ross are the heart of rescue and we are so grateful for his kindness, dedication and willingness to give his time to help a senior pup in need.

Beanie had a ruff start, but after some much-needed TLC from her amazing foster momma, she was quickly ready for adoption. Now, Malva says Bean is absolutely thriving! She sleeps on her momma’s chest every night, is a great eater and has adjusted beautifully to her new life.
Malva shared, “I cannot thank you all enough for giving me my dream baby.”

Stories like Beanie’s are only possible because of the incredible network of fosters, volunteers, Flight Angels, transporters and adopters who come together to give animals a second chance. We are so thankful to everyone who played a role in helping this sweet girl find her happily ever after.

TRANSPORT COMPLETE!

After 271 days with his rescue , this sweet boy has officially made it to his forever family. What makes this day even more special is that it wouldn’t have happened without the generosity of his incredible Flight Angel, Mary, who donated her entire day to ensure Rizzo arrived safely at his new home.

Rizzo’s life was turned upside down when he was surrendered by his owner and found himself in a high kill shelter in Houston alongside his two siblings. While his siblings were adopted months ago, Rizzo continued to wait. Day after day, month after month, he patiently hoped someone would see the wonderful dog he truly is.

And finally, someone did.

Thanks to Mary’s kindness and dedication, Rizzo boarded his final flight and landed exactly where he was always meant to be.. With a family who loves him.

To Mary’s selfless commitment, thank you for being the bridge between rescue and forever. Flight Angels like you make these life changing journeys possible.

To Rizzo’s new mom, thank you for opening your heart and home to this deserving boy and giving him the happily-ever-after he always deserved.

And to Rizzo, congratulations, sweet boy. Your waiting is finally over 🥹

TRANSPORT COMPLETE!

Sleepy is a 10 year old Yorkie who desperately needed a second chance. After his owner passed away, he and his brothers, Bashful and D***y, were surrendered to a South Texas shelter and faced euthanasia.

Thankfully, all three boys were given a chance at a new life. Bashful and D***y have already found their forever homes and now it was Sleepy’s turn. 🥰

found an incredible family ready to welcome Sleepy with open arms and thanks to the dedication of our amazing Flight Angel, Selah W, Sleepy safely traveled from HOU — BWI to begin the next chapter of his life.

Thank you Selah for your compassion, generosity and hard work. Flight Angels like her make these lifesaving journeys possible. And now Sleepy gets the happy ending he deserves.

Today we’re celebrating two very special girls, Chewy and Minnie!
They had the dream team and an incredible village that helped get them safely to their new mama.

A huge thank you to our amazing Flight Angels, Tracy C. for flying LAX ➝ MDW and Rocky for flying MDW ➝ LGA. Your kindness and willingness to help changed these pups’ lives forever. Rescue truly takes a village and we are so grateful for Angels like you.

🐶 Chewy’s Story
Chewy was found alone on a cold, rainy day in Los Angeles back in January. She was just a young puppy, terrified and surviving on the streets. Her rescuers searched for her family, but sadly no one ever came forward. Despite such a difficult beginning, thanks to the TM Crew, Chewy was saved, deeply loved during foster care and finally found a home!

🐶 Minnie’s Story
Minnie’s story is especially heartbreaking. She was found abandoned at an apartment complex shortly after having puppies, but without them. Her finder searched desperately for her babies, but they were never located. Minnie had no microchip, no one claimed her, and she herself was still just a baby. She had already experienced far too much heartbreak far too young. Thankfully, the TM Crew took her in and thrived in foster care.

Now these girls have begun a brand new chapter filled with safety, love and hope. They bonded immediately and are going to have the best life together as sisters!
