That’s the situation right now.
The Mat Mission is receiving more requests for tuition sponsorships, and we don’t currently have enough funds to say YES to every child.
These aren’t hypothetical future applications. These are kids who are ready to get on the mats.
A sponsorship gives a child access to consistent training, positive mentors, discipline, confidence, community, and a place to belong.
And because The Mat Mission is 100% run by volunteers—with no paid staff or board compensation—your donation goes overwhelmingly toward the mission: getting kids on the mats.
