Three Cheers for all the Neighbors in the neighborhood! It was really awesome to see the way everybody came together to help clean up after the wind tonight. Kids and adults just jumping in and getting to work to help our neighbors. Super proud to be your neighbor. Thanks everyone!

Pioneer Neighbors, the Kearney Police Department apprehended a young man this morning trespassing and going through peoples cars. If you are missing items from your car or property please call in to the Non Emergency number and give them your information.

Found: Nice electric scooter in the evergreen trees on the southwest corner of Pioneer Park. It is currently at my house. To claim please message Chris or Janeen Sanders a description of the scooter. If not claimed in 24 hours, I will take it to KPD.

We are ready and open for business. We will be here 8-12pm helping to unload your old items or things that you want to get rid of.
We cannot take tires, cinder blocks, old style tvs and yard waste still has to be run out to the landfill.

WE ARE STILL NEEDING VOLUNTEERS TO HELP!!!
On October 11th, 2025, from 9 am to 1 pm, we invite you to be part of our annual "Dig the Cannas" event. This is a unique opportunity to indulge your green thumb, connect with fellow plant enthusiasts, and help get the Annual Garden ready for winter.
Volunteers will have the chance to help us clear out the annual flowers, which will help the KPR staff get the beds ready for winter. But that’s not all— as a token of our gratitude, you’ll be able to take home seeds and any leftover canna bulbs. Imagine adding a splash of color to your own garden with these cherished blooms that you saw in the Annuals Garden!
Whether you’re an experienced gardener or just looking for a fun outdoor activity, this event promises to be a rewarding experience. So, mark your calendars, bring your friends, and come ready to dig, learn, and enjoy the beauty of nature. We can't wait to see you there!
