Oh my goodness!!! Look at these quilts from Sr JOHN THE divine!!!!
They made and donated 50 quilts. They displayed in the church and had them blessed. They prayed for SHP and each family that will receive these quilts. There are photos of the quilts the children helped with. We are Blessed to have such great partners!!

Sitting together in the Sewing Guild, Marti Clement turned to her friend Marguerite Radhakrishnan with a simple question: “Do you want to make some quilts?” The idea was ambitious: to create a quilt for every single bed to be built at the 2026 Build A Bed event.

"70 BEDS IN ONE DAY! 🛠️✨

We had an incredible Community Bed Build today and crushed our goals. That is 70 more kiddos in Houston who won’t have to sleep on the floor tonight.

Huge thank you to all the volunteers who showed up, worked hard, and made this possible. We couldn’t do this without our amazing community! "

TopGun driver Gary Burns successfully delivered beds to a single mother with three children who had previously faced numerous difficulties and was overjoyed to see her kids sleeping in their own beds.

Thanks to Shell in Houston in sponsoring SHP to lift kids from the floor into a space of their own. 65 beds were made today. That going to a lot of very happy moms!
