Eyes On Me Inc.

We exists to transforms communities through intense discipleship, mentorship and beneficent services. Next, we Challenge them to become disciple makers.

Through various outreach methods, we Connect people to God. We Cultivate lives and communities through mentors and benevolence. This leads to a Covenant with the body of Christ. Finally, we Commission them as disciples to reproduce more disciples.

A ribbon cutting would not have felt quite right for this milestone.

So this morning, we marked the dedication of the new Eyes On Me Trades Program Building the only way that made sense — with a saw cutting.

Surrounded by donors, supporters, partners, volunteers, community members, and friends, we celebrated a new chapter for Brookshire and the young people who will be trained, mentored, and equipped in this space.

Every cut represented more than a ceremony.

It represented greater capacity.
More hands-on training.
More real-world skills.
More pathways to meaningful work.
More opportunities for lives to be changed.

We are deeply grateful to Kingsland Baptist Church , Manna House, Hildebrand Foundation, the Mayor of Brookshire, and the many partners and supporters who came out to celebrate this milestone with us.

This building is a game changer for the Trades Program and a major step forward in the Eyes On Me mission.

From July 6–9, our EOM Boys spent time at Jordan Ranch building brotherhood, growing in character, and being discipled by leaders who are committed to walking with them.

This trip was full of fun, connection, encouragement, and honest conversations — the kind of moments that help young men grow in faith, responsibility, and purpose.

We are grateful for the incredible volunteers who gave their time, presence, and leadership to pour into the next generation.

At Eyes On Me, we believe mentorship is not just about one moment. It is about showing up again and again, reminding young men who they are and who God is calling them to become.

Our EOM Girls trip to Jordan Ranch was filled with laughter, encouragement, worship, friendship, and powerful life-on-life moments.

From June 29–July 2, our girls had the chance to step away, build community, and be poured into by incredible volunteers who showed up with love, wisdom, and consistency.

These trips matter because every young woman deserves to know she is seen, valued, and created with purpose.

Through mentorship, discipleship, and intentional time together, seeds were planted that will continue to grow long after the trip is over.

Thank you to every volunteer who helped make this experience possible.

Every summer, Eyes On Me takes youth on camps and trips designed to create space for discipleship, mentorship, service, and life-on-life transformation.

These experiences are more than a change of scenery.

A van ride can become a meaningful conversation. A fishing trip can become a moment of connection. A campfire can become a place of prayer. A few days away can become the moment a student feels seen, known, challenged, and reminded that God has purpose for their life.

At Eyes On Me, we believe transformation happens through consistent presence. It happens when leaders show up, walk with students, serve alongside them, and help them take their next step in faith and life.

Over the next few posts, we’ll be sharing moments from our summer trips — not just where we went, but what God did along the way.

Happy Birthday to our founder, Tre Tothenine!!

There are some people whose impact is hard to fully grasp because so much of their faithfulness happens quietly, behind the scenes.

Tre is one of those people.

He is the vision behind Eyes On Me. The reason this organization exists. The one who continues to stay up late, walk with the broken, disciple those searching for direction, and carry the weight of a calling that is far bigger than a title.

From hip-hop ministry to mission centers, from mentorship to leadership development, from one life at a time to communities being transformed — Tre’s life is a testimony of what God can do through someone fully surrendered to Him.

His leadership cannot be measured in numbers alone. It is seen in changed lives, restored families, young people finding purpose, and communities experiencing the love of Christ in real ways.

Tre, we honor you today. We are grateful for your sacrifice, your obedience, your faithfulness, and your heart for people.

Happy Birthday. We thank God for your life and leadership.

Today we celebrate the freedoms we enjoy and remember those who have sacrificed to protect them. As we gather with family and friends, may we also give thanks to God, the source of every good gift, and pray for our nation, our communities, and the next generation.

🧡 Happy Father’s Day to the fathers, grandfathers, mentors, coaches, and father figures who faithfully invest in the next generation.

At Eyes On Me, we see every day the impact a godly man can have through his presence, guidance, and example. Thank you for the countless ways you lead, encourage, protect, and help shape the lives of those around you.

As we celebrate today, we are reminded of the Lord’s call:
“… The Lord has told you what is good, and this is what he requires of you: to do what is right, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.” — Micah 6:8

May we continue raising men who live out this calling in their homes, communities, and relationships.
