🎗️ Honoring Kaemon Michael Burton 🎗️

Thank you to Anna Seibold for submitting Kaemon's shoes for the CureFest Memorial Shoe Display.

Kaemon Michael Burton was born on December 10, 2003. A student at Wabash High School, Kaemon was a vibrant young man who loved sports, music, and spending time with family and friends. Kaemon was passionate about tennis and bowling, serving as a proud member of the Wabash High School teams. He loved fishing, collecting bowling balls, and was an enthusiastic Chicago Cubs fan. Known for his friendly nature, Kaemon never met a stranger and found joy in every moment spent at the bowling alleys he visited.

Kaemon passed away on April 30, 2022, at the age of 18.

His black and white Jordans were as bold and unique as he was, serving as a perfect symbol of his energetic spirit and love for life.

The 2026 CureFest Shoe Memorial Display will be on display Sunday, September 20, on the National Mall in Washington, DC.

We are grateful to Anna for sharing Kaemon's shoes and helping keep his memory alive.
