Today was one of our favorite days of the year.
We loaded up the car and delivered all of your incredible Back to School Bash donations to FosterAdopt Connect. Because of this amazing community, we were able to donate 83 backpacks plus enough school supplies to fill every single one of them… and then enough supplies to fill several more.
We also learned that FAC expects to provide back-to-school supplies for about 600 children this year. That’s a significant increase from a typical year because another large metro organization is not hosting its annual school supply drive. The need is greater than ever, which makes your generosity even more meaningful.
Every like. Every comment. Every share. Every backpack. Every notebook. Every dollar. Every donation mattered. This is truly only possible because of you. Thank you for believing in Ryan's Wishlist and for continuing to show up for children in our community. Because of you, hundreds of kids will walk into school with the supplies they need and the confidence they deserve.
And, as has become a Ryan’s Wishlist tradition after a successful drop-off, Ryan celebrates the only way he knows how: with a big, delicious dinner out. It’s our little way of marking another mission accomplished and celebrating what this incredible community made possible.
