Registration is open for the State 4-H Public Speaking Contest!
Use the link below to register now for the state contest on September 26th in Columbia, MO. Youth can register to compete in prepared, extemporaneous, technology assisted, interpretation, or business pitch. Registration is $12 and closes on August 31st.

Ready to take the runway? Registration is now open for the State 4-H Fashion R***e!

Join us November 21, 2026, at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg for a day filled with creativity, learning and fun!

Participants will enjoy:
👚 Hands-on educational workshops
🎤 Time with a set of judges
✨ A Fashion Show open to everyone

Each county may send one participant per category and age group, with a maximum of 18 participants per county.

Registration fee: $20
Registration deadline: August 31
No late registrations will be accepted!

If you qualify, register through 4-H Online by August 31.

Good morning, everyone! 🌻 I’m all set up at the Sunflower Festival today! Come out and join us for a take-and-make sunflower craft, coloring sheets, a bounce house, food, local vendors, and more!

🍀 A great morning at the Liberty Square Farmers Market!

I had a great time connecting with families and sharing 4-H opportunities available in Clay and Platte counties. There was lots of interest, and it was wonderful getting to talk with so many of you about ways youth can get involved!

The Sphero Bots were a hit 🤖, and youth also got to take home a fun helicopter STEM activity. 🚁

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to visit with us! I look forward to hearing from those of you who expressed interest and helping you find the right 4-H opportunities for your family. 🍀
