Belly Bustin' Good BBQ Belly Bustin' Good BBQ was founded in 2009 by Herschell Zimmerman. The team consists of Herschell, his wife Lori and their two children.

Belly Bustin' Good BBQ will be donating our services to a good cause over the holiday weekend. Baby Jay's Legacy of Hope is hosting a golf tournament to raise money for childhood cancer and has asked us to cater for them. We're honored that they are putting their trust in us...wish us luck.

Well, our first competition of the year is behind us...did fair overall, but had best finish yet on chicken. Finished 12th at this same contest last year and 11th this year. Other finishes for this year are:

Ribs - 58th
Pork - 71st
Brisket - 33rd

We would like to thank everyone that came out and supported us last night and today...so nice to have people enjoy all our hard work. Special thanks to Shawn and Becca for helping out today.

We had another successful event today at the graduation party BBQ. The food turned out awesome as usual. everyone ate til they were just about to bust. Hints the name " Belly Bustin' Good " Congratulations Ashley on a job well done. Keep up the great work next year in college.
