Just chatted with some surveyors from two different companies who happened to be in my backyard. They were very nice and explained to me that they are historic surveyors and were there on a request from the State and that the state is “deciding on what to do with the Central Avenue Bridge”. Including tearing it down and building something new.
Given the Strawberry Hill Neighborhood Association is the *only* representation we have in these matters, I would’ve thought I’d have heard something about this - but maybe that’s why they’re suing me and have attempted to illegally remove me from the board. At least, one of the reasons. The lawsuit aims to stop me from talking about them altogether.
Would any of my neighbors on the south side of the hill or Russian Hill care to ask the rest of the Strawberry Hill Neighborhood Association about this? It seems pretty important and if the president was notified, we should have been as well.
