Yesterday we were lucky enough to hang out with our favorite Missouri foraging expert, Bo Brown! Bo is a walking encyclopedia of plant knowledge and an absolute treasure to forage with.

After a few slightly rainy hours spent identifying and sampling wild foods on the Powell Gardens grounds, we then enjoyed a delicious foraged lunch and learned about fermenting. Everyone was able to create and take home a jar of gorgeous greens to enjoy in a few days when their ferments are ready. What an amazing way to spend the day! 💚🌿🍃🌱🪾

✨ ANOTHER GREAT LIFE SKILLS WORKSHOP✨

Big thanks to Tabitha and Chris for their amazing tutorial where participants learned about knife sharpening. These ladies were able to learn how to correctly put a nice edge on kitchen knives, pocket knives, pruners and even serrated blades with a variety of sharpeners.

And huge thanks are in order for the fantastic Work Sharp products everyone got to try. All of them were top notch but those electric sharpeners were just awesome. 😍
