If you’re interested in our program, we make it easy for you. All you need to do is:

1. Fill out our intake form. We want to learn a little about you and your family.

2. After receiving your intake form, we’ll set up a quick call to dive deeper into the questions on the intake form and to provide a space for you to ask more questions.

3. If we fit your needs and you meet all qualifications needed to be apart of our class, we’ll get you set up for the next cohort. If our class is full, we’ll put you on our waiting list.

We host 4 cohorts per year, so we’ll make sure you get connected!

Economic support is a large part of what we do! Even though we are just getting started, our mission is bright! We want to see mothers thrive in all areas of their lives—including financially. Our next cohort is offering a monthly stipend to each participant who completes all 6 weeks of our program and 3 monthly follow ups! We want to support you on your journey in a real and tangible way. We are looking for 5 mothers to be a part of our next cohort! Parenting Reimagined is a supportive network for mothers and their children. Rather than highlighting shortcomings, it offers a safe space for mothers to build community, reflect, and strengthen relationships with themselves and their children. We provide 6-week cohorts focused on education, community, and family planning.

At Parenting Reimagined, we understand that parenting is not only reflective of experiences and exposure but a deep understanding of self and a larger system at hand. We dive deeper into conversations of self-care, window of tolerance, and capacity. Creating sustainable family systems take more than effort but reflection, action and support.

Can we even talk about parenting support within black households without bringing up Destini Ann?

Here she talks about the inevitable ruptures we have with our kids but she provides simple examples on how to repair.

Parenting isn’t perfect but it is repairable.

"PARENTS NEED TO DO BETTER!"

I’ve sat in the presence of a parent who loves their child deeply…
and still feels completely disconnected.

Not because they don’t care.
But because they’re tired in a way that sleep doesn’t fix.

Carrying stress.
Carrying pressure.
Carrying the weight of trying to hold everything together with very little support.

And then being expected to show up calm, patient, emotionally available…
like nothing is happening inside of them.

That’s the part we don’t talk about.

We tell parents to “do better”
without ever asking what they’re carrying.

Parenting Reimagined was created for that space.

The space where love exists… but capacity is low.
The space where you’re trying… but still feel like it’s not enough.
The space where no one ever taught you how to regulate yourself,
but you’re expected to teach a child how to do it.

This isn’t about fixing parents.

It’s about finally supporting them.

Because when a parent has space to breathe,
to feel,
to be supported…

everything in the home starts to shift.

We keep our cohort sizes small at Parenting Reimagined. We keep them small so women can build an intentional and trusted community. Past the educational aspect of our program, we want our mothers to not only take the information they've gained but the relationships they've built into their next season.
