From garden to market! ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ…๐Ÿฅ•

To celebrate the end of our Farm to Table unit, our keiki put their learning into action by hosting their very own Farmers Market! The children helped prepare delicious foods to sell, practiced their customer service skills with friends, and even took turns being cashiers for their families.

This hands-on experience gave our students the opportunity to build confidence, practice math and communication skills, and see firsthand how food makes its journey from farm to table. We are so proud of all their hard work and the excitement they brought to this special event! ๐Ÿ’š

We loved welcoming James Campbell High School Academy of Public and Human Services students into our classrooms to read, play, teach, and connect with our keiki. Experiences like these build confidence, leadership, communication skills, and meaningful connections across ages for both the preschoolers and the high school students. ๐Ÿ’›

Our little learners looked up to their new role models, while the high schoolers got hands-on experience in teaching, teamwork, and early childhood education. A beautiful day of learning together! ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŽ
