It is our pleasure and honor to release Agent Penguino. A penguin who stops drinking at graduation parties in Maui County and spreads good messaging. Made with fun and aloha from the Maui Nui Youth Council. However, all attempts to make this content engaging does not take away from the serious risks that underage drinking poses. Please be safe out there. Don’t drink and drive, and if you are an adul, please be responsible and do not allow your children to drink, especially as graduation season continues with parties over the summer.

April is Alcohol Awareness Month, a time to start conversations, raise awareness, and take action.

Alcohol misuse impacts individuals, families, and our entire community. By increasing awareness, we can help prevent underage drinking, reduce impaired driving, and support healthier choices for our keiki and ‘ohana.

Let’s continue to educate, support one another, and promote a culture of safety and responsibility across Maui.

Together, we can make a difference. 💙
