FFA gives students opportunities to Learn By Doing! Last week, Brittney Dibben was in Chicago for the National FFA NextGen Conference in Agribusiness. She spent the week touring agribusinesses in and around Chicago, networking with FFA members around the country and learning more about careers in agribusiness and sales. Brittney Dibben of Junction City FFA Chapter is the Kansas FFA Association Fiber and Oil Crop Production Proficiency Award winner. Her project was raising soybeans: maintaining machinery, scouting for pests, collecting soil and tissue samples and operating equipment during harvest.
