It was an absolute honor and pleasure to present Mrs. Kelly Mahaffey, Counselor and Dean of Students at Highland High School, the Community Service Award for 2025-2026. She takes such great care of our students and community and we wanted to show our appreciation for all of her hard work throughout the year! Thank you for being such a great partner to Quad Cities Rotary, Kelly! ❤️🫶🏻🩶

Also, our very own Debbie Bailey drew the Joker 🃏 card! Kelly must’ve brought her good luck. 🥳🙂
