Help a Hardworking Single Mom Get Her Stove and Dryer Back
She wakes up, goes to work full-time, comes home and does it all again - as both mom and dad.
She does receive benefits, and she's grateful for them, but even working full-time it's still not enough to cover two major appliances breaking at once.
Her gas stove stopped working. Her gas dryer stopped working.
Without a stove, making a simple, warm dinner for her kids has become a daily struggle. Without a dryer, every load of laundry has to be hung outside - and on rainy weeks, clothes don't dry at all.
She's not asking for anything fancy. Just a safe, working gas stove to cook on and a working gas dryer so her kids have clean, dry clothes for school and work.
