Ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, we are unifying our efforts so survivors of human trafficking can be heard, responders can coordinate quickly, and our state can act with urgency and precision to protect the public.

Our office has partnered with Safe House Project to launch Simply Report statewide, giving every Missourian a modernized way to report suspected human trafficking and routing that intelligence directly to law enforcement dashboards accessible across the state.

Today is International Day of the Boy Child. We pause to recognize the unique vulnerabilities boys face, and the strength, resilience, and healing that so often go unseen.

HUMAN TRAFFICKING INTERDICTION TRAINING IN JEFF CITY!

Presented by Dan Nash of the HTTC (Human Trafficking Training Center).

June 17th and June 30th - Jeff City training dates.

There is no cost to attend. Registration is required.

This training is ONLY open to legislators, and staff from MO DOC, P&P and DSS. All ACTIVE law enforcement, nurses, doctors, CPS, prosecutors and HT victim advocates who work at a human trafficking advocacy center are also invited. Please use your proper government / work email when registering.

DO NOT REGISTER for this class unless you are one of those professionals listed above. If you are not one of these professionals, your registration will be deleted. ID SHOWING YOUR ROLE IS REQUIRED BEFORE ADMITTANCE TO CLASS.

This course equips police officers with the skills necessary to detect indicators of human trafficking victims in the course of their every day duties, and how to conduct successful human trafficking investigations.

The FBI issued an open letter to parents regarding online safety for children and a predatory group known as "764".

It was issued by FBI MILWAUKEE, but is relevant for all children that spend time online.

Parents, guardians, caretakers, and any trusted adult with children close to you, please take time to read what the FBI warns and take note of signs to watch for.

Over the course of the last few years, the FBI has observed a concerning increase in activity by online actors involved in predatory activity. These predators target children across the United States, including in Wisconsin.

Sexual violence and in**st are a part of the human trafficking web. There are many programs and organizations that intersect with our mission. Our connection with RISE UP and its founder, Gretchen Duckworth, go back to the beginning of JC CATE.

Before we had a name or a 501c3 status, RISE UP was joining us and our group of concerned citizens in the conversations and actions against human trafficking in our community. We are grateful for the work you do and will continue to empower, educate and stand up for survivors alongside you.🩵
