I had the pleasure of attending Director Nelson's Senate Confirmation hearing this week. While we are sad to lose her as a P&C board member, we are thrilled to gain an Insurance Regulator with a deep understanding of solvency issues and the guaranty system.

Effective January 1, 2024 First Auto and Casualty Company was placed into liquidation.

Effective November 14, 2023 United Home Insurance Company was placed into liquidation.

Effective August 22, 2023 MutualAid eXchange (MAX) has been placed into liquidation. Covered claims for these three companies will be administered by the Missouri Property & Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association. For questions please contact [email protected].

Cameron Mutual Insurance Company was found insolvent by the Circuit Court of Cole County Missouri on December 26, 2023. MIGA has not yet received claim information from the receiver in order to handle your claim.
