Our students had the opportunity to cool off and enjoy God’s beautiful creation at Little Blue State Park. Moments like these are more than just swimming—they’re about building friendships, strengthening brotherhood, and learning to enjoy the blessings God gives us.

🏀 The Crusaders tipped off their basketball season with their very first game, and while the scoreboard matters, the lessons learned matter even more.

Sports teach our young men so much more than how to dribble, pass, and shoot. They learn discipline, perseverance, teamwork, humility, and how to encourage one another through both victories and setbacks. Every practice and every game is another opportunity for God to shape their character and teach them what it means to finish strong.

Just like in our walk with Christ, success isn’t measured only by wins, but by faithfulness, growth, and how we represent Him along the way.

“Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.” — 1 Corinthians 9:24

We’re proud of these young men and excited to see what God will continue to do in their lives both on and off the court. Let’s encourage the Crusaders and keep them lifted up in prayer as they begin a new season! 🙏🏀

🎉 Help us welcome Antonio to the team! 🎉

Antonio has answered God’s call and taken a step of faith by joining the team as an intern here at Brush Creek. We are excited to see how God will work in and through his life during this new season.

Please join us in praying for Antonio as he begins this new chapter. Pray for wisdom, strength, growth, and God’s guidance every step of the way. Also, take a moment to leave a word of encouragement and help us make him feel welcome!

🌊☀️ A Day of Adventure and Fellowship! ☀️🌊

This week our students had the opportunity to enjoy a fun-filled day at Flint Creek Water Park and Natural Falls State Park! From cooling off in the water to taking in God’s beautiful creation, it was a great time of fellowship, laughter, and making memories together.

Moments like these remind us that growth happens not only in the classroom and chapel, but also through shared experiences, building friendships, and learning to enjoy the blessings God has given us. We are thankful for the chance to invest in these young men and watch them continue to grow in character, confidence, and faith.

Friday Night Burgers at Brush Creek

There’s something special about Friday nights at Brush Creek! This week, some of our students had the opportunity to step into the kitchen and help prepare hamburgers for everyone. From seasoning patties to working the grill, they learned practical skills, teamwork, and the value of serving others.

Moments like these are about more than just making a meal—they’re about building character, responsibility, and confidence. We love seeing our young men grow as they take ownership, work together, and serve with a good attitude.
