Have you been experiencing hot flashes, mood changes, sleep issues, brain fog, irregular cycles, or other changes that come with perimenopause?

You're not alone.

Join us for an evening of connection, support, and conversation with other women navigating this stage of life. This group is a safe, judgment-free space to share experiences, ask questions, and build community with others who understand.

We had a blast at the Juneteenth celebration at the Jasper Library today!! Did you know that it took 2 and 1/2 years after the Emancipation Proclamation for 250,000 enslaved African Americans in Texas to hear that they had been freed??!! What a day to celebrate indeed!!! We are grateful for all of the amazing people who put this event on each year!!
