Meet Gizmo. He’s a 4½‑year‑old purebred Pembroke Welsh Corgi from champion bloodlines, neutered, fully vaccinated, and currently living in Evansville, WI. Gizmo is incredibly affectionate, people‑oriented, and loves nothing more than being with his humans. He’s playful, smart, gentle with treats, loves walks, snuggles, and proudly carrying toys around to show off. When he’s especially happy, he makes soft little cooing sounds - one of his sweetest quirks.
Gizmo has never shown concerning aggression toward adults or children, but he cannot safely live with other dogs or cats. Despite extensive training, behavior work, and structured socialization, he continues to struggle with dog reactivity and has shown aggression toward other pets in the home. For his safety and theirs, we’ve made the incredibly difficult decision to find him a new environment where he can thrive.
Gizmo would do best as the only pet in a calm, loving home where he can soak up all the attention. He’s house‑trained overall, though he does have occasional clusters of accidents, and he needs reassurance during thunderstorms.
The current owners are committed to full transparency and want to find the best possible match for him. They can provide additional details about his training history, routines, veterinary care, and behavior upon request.
