It takes a village to keep our community blooming! 🌸🌼

A huge THANK YOU to Taylor and Jennifer Warner, the Prime Producers 4H Club, Brenda Stoddard, and Darla at Friendly Knoll Farms for helping bring the Jamestown planter boxes to life! Not only did they help choose the perfect plants, but they also designed the beautiful layouts and generously donated toward the project.

The Jamestown Chamber was proud to also support this community effort, and we are so excited to see our town looking beautiful all summer long. 🌿

Special thanks to the Prime Producers 4H Club for taking on the watering all summer with the support of Brenda Stoddard and Stacie Ward from the Chamber.

We are beyond thankful for everyone who stepped up to help make Jamestown shine! 💚

Just a quick update on the planters!

Taylor Warner and her 4-H Club, along with Brenda Stoddard, and with donations from Friendly Knoll Farms and the Jamestown Chamber, will be planting the planters this evening.
I’m super excited this is coming together and so thankful for everyone helping keep our community beautiful!🏡🩷🌺🌸🌼🌻🌷🌹🥀🪻🪷🌾

The Jamestown Chamber of Commerce is currently looking for a local club or organization to “adopt” the 8 planters around town this season.
This would involve planting flowers in the planters (the Chamber can donate the plants) and helping water them a few times each week throughout the summer. Last year, several local businesses helped with watering, so there is flexibility and community support available.
I am reaching out to local 4-H groups and community clubs to see if anyone may be interested in taking on this project. We would also be happy to have a sign made recognizing your group for planting and adopting the planters.
If your club might be interested or if you have any questions, please let me know. We would love to partner with a group that wants to help keep Jamestown beautiful!

🧹Got extra yard tools sitting around?
We’re collecting gently used tools to help neighbors in our community and make them available at low cost during our Spring Cleanup event.
