Thank You to my wonderful friends at Genisis Church Long Island that helped us in a pinch , supplying us with a new bed for an emergency placement we received last month. We had to literally build a new bedroom for this young and deserving young man and needed help. We thank our village that continually prays for us, shows us tremendous moral and spiritual support, kindness and friendship. THANK YOU!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

🙏🙏Prayer Requests for Summer Camp 2025
We humbly ask for your prayers for the following:
• That our campers will feel safe, loved, and at peace.
• That they will form friendships, and grow through learning new skills in art, carpentry, music, and basketball—all centered on Christ.
• That these programs will draw them nearer to Jesus, just as we’ve seen in past years.
• That their foster families will find true respite and renewal, trusting us with their precious children during this time.
• For safety and protection—no injuries, no harm, no setbacks.
• That our volunteers will be filled with love, patience, and kindness, even when challenges arise from working with children who have experienced trauma.
• For Jeanine and Bobby, that they will lead with wisdom, strength, and a heart of service—and that they will be well-rested and prepared for all the tasks ahead.
• For the safe arrival of every camper and volunteer.

TEENS-🏕💚 MOONIGHT CAMP (JAMESTOWN,SC) for foster/adopted children is almost full. We would love to hav your child join us this summer! This is a respite camp, FREE, and the dates are July 21st-24th. This is a Summer Enrichment Camp which includes MUSIC 🎼; ART THERAPY 🎨; BASKETBALL 🏀; BASIC CARPENTRY🛠🪚; HUGE WATER SLIDE ACTIVITES🛝💦; NIGHTLY DEVOTIONAL; 🙏; S'MORES BY THE BONFIRE🔥; ALL MEALS . My 14 yo interviewed me for homework project last night while I was preparing dinner. The assignment was to write an historic account of 9/11 from someone who was alive back then . He was proud to share with his teacher that this will be easy since his mom, me, was from NY and living there at the time. She didn’t believe him that I was from NY for some reason 🤷🏼‍♀️- So, he starts the interview and stumbles over what to ask first. The teacher told the class to ask us about the day. So, I told him the most asked question of New Yorkers is where were you on 9/11 when the planes hit the towers. So, I started to tell him my personal story of where I was through every part of the day as it unfolded . I could see he was getting emotional and now my other boys have meandered into the kitchen to listen intently to my story .After I was finished, softly and sweetly , he asked to be excused from eating dinner so he can write the essay. It originally only needed to be 7 sentences, but he wrote every word I said ( I told him it would be more than 7 sentences ). After showing it to me, with such pride , he said, they’re going to believe me now that you were really there . 😢
I’m really happy that here in my little town of Shulerville, SC that my child’s teacher made it a point to teach the kids to get a verbal historical account of an important part of our lifetime . His memory and story for his generation to tell of 9/11 will be my story and it will matter.
WE WILL NEVER FORGET. SO—Tell your story to the next generations because they will if you don’t .
