Showcase Jacksonville

Showcase Jacksonville Showcasing and sharing our beautiful city of Jacksonville, Florida. To collaborate in its growth. Many of us share a love for the beauty our city has to offer.

As a lifelong resident of Jacksonville, I have developed a great love for our city. As a Marketing and Real Estate professional, often my thoughts are that we need to better showcase all that our city has to offer. More importantly to become bold and really expand creatively to better utilize the city culturally. From the Riverfront and the long flowing St Johns River, to the many lakes and waterw

ays that spread out through the city, to the utterly amazing intercoastal waterway flowing towards our beautiful beaches. This city is a water lovers' paradise. We have an wonderful climate, and we need to make better use of our city. There are so many great ideas circulating and the voices need to be heard. We need to find people willing to take the risk and develop the city more aggressively and in the cities best interest economically and culturally. If you expand the arts and entertainment, they will come. Our city is finally beginning to come alive in regards to the arts and in cultural avenues. We have a beautiful city to enjoy and showcase and we need to step up and expand together. The best way to do this is through the power of social media and advertising. Working creatively, we can share ideas, share our contact bases, and watch our city expand! What better way is there to grow but through sharing, creating and promoting together? Let's Showcase Jacksonville! Bold City of the South!

Wonderful upgrades to a classic Jacksonville Theatre.
Sun-Ray Cinema

Over the last five years one of the things we enjoy the most is sharing the progress of the never ending work on this old theater built in 1927. We are in the final stages of putting together the plans to fully renovate our larger auditorium that we hope to get to in the Fall of 2017.

We will be adding stadium seating, removing that center aisle where the best seating should be and taking advantage of the space in the loge. Along the back wall we will have those reclining seats folks seem to love and we will also be moving towards smaller tables that will still be in front of you but will have an opening every two seats. That way it will be super easy for one to drop into the service aisle to run to the bathroom or grab another beer without having to walk past your neighbors to the right or left.

Oh! We will also be adding GPS tracking pagers that way our runners won't need that glowing light to find you in the theater any longer. Wall fabric will be redone, acoustics will be improved and we will be moving from a 2K DCP projector to a 4K.

All of this is possible because folks seem to be enjoying the theater and we can't thank you enough for helping us push this project further along down the road.
