STORY OF THE DAY.
Headed to the office from an appointment in Julington Creek. Looking for a quick lunch I pass on Chick fil A, my unusual. Roll past 295 and pull into Arby's for a quick slider. The one truck in front of me takes forever, so I roll on toward Baymeadows. Some how I land at a Mexican restaurant. Walking into the restuarant, I am thinking, not really looking for a sit down lunch. I proceed to eat my half of Quesada and proceed to Baymeadows. Cruising toward Philips Highway, I arrive at a crash and notice the driver, female is still in the drivers seat. I park and upon my approach to the scene, a woman in scrubs is assisting the lady in the accident. "Medica lady" has helped her to the sidewalk and we sit her down. She is borderline panicking and uncontrollably breathing. We work to calm her and amongst the sobs we recognize that she is pregnant and mostly worried about her baby. Medical lady puts her in the passenger seat of her car as the others involved are pointing fingers and not helping to calm the injured lady. Once in the car, I am not really needed and I say my goodbyes. I get back to my truck to leave and God says, you need to go back and pray over that lady. I walk back to the car, Medical lady is not in site. I ask the injured lady if I can pray over her. I place my hand on her shoulder and begin to pray asking God for his healing hands. When I open my eyes, she has gone from panic mode to laying back in the seat and completely relaxed. The Holy Spirit descended upon her and took over. I told the lady she is going to be fine and left.
GOD IS SO GOOD!
And that is why I ate Mexican for lunch today!
