Today, I’m reminded how much we go through when we care for someone we love with ALS. It’s a journey that changes you forever.

On May 23rd, our organization will be honoring 12 incredible widows with A Day to Breathe a time to step away, connect, laugh, and simply enjoy being together.

This isn’t about grief. It’s about sisterhood, strength, and creating a space where no one feels alone.

My prayer is that each woman leaves feeling seen, supported, and just a little lighter.
