Brothers Keeper Project
The name is easy to remember and very adequately describes our overall purpose and activities. Brother’s keeper Project is not just a name but what we do and live and we encourage others to be their Brothers Keepers and help others in need especially those in need that others have overlooked. The Brothers Keeper Project raises funds through donations, direct and online, pr
oduces and sells promotional items to bring awareness to designated causes; all proceeds go to the designated charitable causes. Holds fund raisers and participates in outside events such as motorcycle rallies, trade shows and other public events, throughout the year to raise awareness and funds. All directors and members are strictly volunteers and receive absolutely no compensations. Travel expenses such as gas, hotel, and plane when required may be reimbursed when it is for awareness, support and fund raising activities only. We will provide money in the form of checks and bank cashier’s checks, food and clothing to individuals in our communities in need as well as other charitable organizations. While much of what we distribute goes to other charitable groups and organizations. Donations to individuals in our communities in need are on a individual bases after need is evaluated. Donations to individuals may be in the form of food, clothing and house hold items. Cash or checks grants are only distributed on very limited bases with great scrutiny Housing, Utilities, and misc. needs are paid in recipients name directly to the landlord, bank, or utility. Brother’s Keeper Project does not fund raise for any specific organization. However, at the discretion of the board of directors we may at times, choose to contribute to other organizations who share a similar mission, and only if the contributions further our exempt status and mission, with the objective to assist motorcyclist who are in immediate need of assistance do to circumstances beyond their control that create financial hardship, such as, but not limited to, tragedy, accident, fire, injury, disease, or hospitalization, as described in our mission statement contained in our Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. Brothers Keeper Project, was setup to raise funds and distribute to help individuals and families in need. Brothers Keeper Project is a Arkansas non-profit organization with a main focus of helping the motorcyclist in our communities as well as other people and families in our communities in need.
