⚾️ Board Member Spotlight ⚾️

Director of Baseball Operations- Cassandra Stone

As a parent of a player who has been involved with travel baseball for many years, we are proud to have found a home with the Outlaws. For the past 2 seasons, my son has had the privilege of playing for 11u. I've enjoyed being part of an organization that values more than athletic development. The atmosphere is positive and supportive, with a strong focus on building great teammates and strong character alongside skilled athletes.

The relationships formed here are meant to last, and the support and guidance from the coaches make the experience even more rewarding.

My son has fallen more in love with baseball because of the energy, passion, and encouragement this organization brings to every practice and game. I’m excited to join the board and look forward to continuing my family’s journey with the Outlaws for years to come.

As tryout season approaches, remember that not every team is built the same.

Be cautious of organizations that seem to appear overnight simply because a coach, parent, or small group didn’t get their way somewhere else. Building a successful program takes more than a page, a logo, and a roster.

When choosing a home for your player, look for an organization with structure, leadership, accountability, and a proven commitment to player development. Look for coaches who invest in kids, not egos. Look for an organization that will be here years from now, not one that was created out of frustration or personal agendas.

The most important question isn’t “Can my child make this team?”

It’s “Is this organization truly looking out for my child’s best interests?”

Choose stability. Choose development. Choose people who care about the player more than the politics.

With that being said, the Down East Outlaws will be holding Fall 2026 tryouts in July for age groups 9U through 16U. Our goal has always been to provide players and families with a competitive, structured environment where development comes first and every decision is made with the best interests of the players in mind.

Stay tuned for official tryout dates, times, and locations. We look forward to seeing the next generation of Outlaws take the field.

⚾️Board Member Spotlight⚾️

Hi everyone! My name is Nicole Polisky, and I am honored to serve as the Fundraising Coordinator for the Down East Outlaws Baseball Organization.

One of the things I am most passionate about is creating opportunities for our players to succeed. Youth sports provide so much more than competition. They teach responsibility, confidence, leadership, and resilience. Fundraising helps make those opportunities accessible while allowing our organization to continue growing and providing the best experience possible for our athletes and families.

What makes the Outlaws special is the commitment of our families, coaches, and volunteers. The support we receive from our community is a direct reflection of the positive environment we are building together.

Outside of baseball, I am a payroll and human resources professional, wife, and proud baseball mom. Being part of an organization that invests in young athletes and encourages personal growth is something I truly value.

I am excited to continue supporting the Down East Outlaws and helping create opportunities that allow our players and organization to thrive.

Michael Polisky
Commissioner & Sponsorship Coordinator – Down East Outlaws Baseball Organization

My name is Michael Polisky, and I am proud to serve as the Commissioner and Sponsorship Coordinator for the Down East Outlaws Baseball Organization.

Sports have been a constant part of my life from an early age. I played baseball throughout my youth, football through high school, and continued my athletic career playing collegiate lacrosse. My passion for athletics led me to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Medicine, providing me with a deeper understanding of athlete development, health, and performance.

My involvement in youth sports has reinforced my belief that athletics provide far more than competition. Sports teach discipline, accountability, teamwork, resilience, and leadership—qualities that help shape young athletes long after their playing days are over.

As Commissioner and Sponsorship Coordinator, I oversee organizational operations, assist with team formation and development, coordinate sponsorship and community partnerships, and serve as a liaison between our coaches and Board of Directors. My goal is to ensure our teams have the resources, support, and structure necessary to provide the best possible experience for our players and families.

What I enjoy most about the Outlaws is helping create opportunities for young athletes to grow both on and off the field. Watching players develop confidence, build lasting friendships, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals makes every hour invested in this organization worthwhile.

Outside of baseball, I am a husband and proud father. My wife and I have one son who shares the same love for baseball that has been a part of my life for so many years. Being both a parent and a board member gives me a unique perspective on the importance of creating a positive, supportive environment where young athletes can thrive.

I am grateful to be part of an organization that is committed to developing character, fostering community, and helping young athletes reach their full potential. I look forward to continuing to help grow the Down East Outlaws and building opportunities for the families we serve.

Dylan Harnish
Vice President, Down East Outlaws Baseball Organization

My name is Dylan Harnish, and I am proud to serve as the Vice President of the Down East Outlaws Baseball Organization.

Baseball has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I played throughout my childhood and continued playing through high school, where I developed a passion for the game and many of the values it teaches. Following high school, I proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, where I learned the importance of discipline, leadership, accountability, and teamwork.

As Vice President, my role is to support our coaches, assist with organizational operations, help address parent concerns, and work alongside our board to ensure we continue providing the best possible experience for our players and families.

What I love most about the Outlaws is the culture we are building. This organization is about much more than baseball. It is about developing young athletes, building confidence, teaching life lessons, and creating an environment where players can compete, improve, and enjoy the game.

Watching our players grow both on and off the field is what makes being involved so rewarding. Whether it’s learning a new skill, overcoming adversity, or celebrating a big accomplishment, being a small part of that journey is something I truly enjoy.

I am honored to serve this organization and look forward to helping continue the growth and success of the Down East Outlaws for years to come.

Sharon Rhoton
Secretary, Down East Outlaws Baseball Organization

My name is Sharon Rhoton, and I am proud to serve as the Secretary for the Down East Outlaws Baseball Organization.

As a parent, I have seen firsthand the positive impact that youth sports can have on children. The lessons learned through sports such as teamwork, dedication, accountability, and perseverance help shape young athletes both on and off the field.

My role as Secretary is to help keep our organization organized, maintain important records, and ensure communication flows smoothly between our board, coaches, and families.

What I love most about the Outlaws is the family atmosphere. This organization is about much more than baseball. It is about building relationships, creating opportunities for young athletes, and fostering a community where players and families feel supported.

Outside of the ballfield, I am a wife, mother, and healthcare professional who understands the importance of investing in the next generation. Watching our players grow in confidence, develop friendships, and achieve their goals is one of the most rewarding parts of being involved with this organization.

I am honored to serve on the board and look forward to helping continue the growth and success of the Down East Outlaws for years to come.

BOARD MEMBER SPOTLIGHT!

Uniform Coordinator

I’m Merissa Frazier. I have the pleasure to serve on our board as your Uniform Coordinator. My oldest son plays on the 11u team and my youngest plays on the 9u team. I love being a part of the Down East Outlaws! I have watched this organization be built brick by brick since the very beginning. Every decision made is backed by our drive to lead these boys into being strong young men on and off the field. The relationships I have formed, the bonds my sons have formed with their teammates, and even all the feral siblings - it’s truly unmatched.
Each season, we have grown in numbers. I am eager to see where this organization is five or even ten years from now.

James Rhoton
President & Founder – Down East Outlaws Baseball Organization

My name is James Rhoton, and I am proud to serve as the President and Founder of the Down East Outlaws Baseball Organization.

Sports have been a major part of my life for as long as I can remember. From playing as a kid to coaching youth athletes and now helping lead this organization, I’ve always believed in the impact that sports can have on young people both on and off the field.

The Outlaws were founded with a vision of creating more than just another travel baseball team. We wanted to build an organization that develops players, supports families, promotes accountability, and creates opportunities for young athletes to compete at a high level while still enjoying the game they love.

What I love most about the Outlaws is watching our players grow. Seeing kids gain confidence, overcome adversity, build friendships, and achieve goals they’ve worked hard for is what makes every practice, tournament, and late-night planning session worth it.

As President, my goal is to continue growing the organization, providing the best possible experience for our players and families, and ensuring that Down East Outlaws remains a place where hard work, dedication, and character are valued just as much as wins and championships.

Thank you to our players, coaches, parents, sponsors, and supporters for believing in what we’re building. The future is bright, and we’re just getting started.
