Aww, sweet Jasper. Who loves getting outside and enjoying fresh air, doing things with a lovely young pup, ready to take on adventures with you, and doesn’t care about getting dirty? Personally, I don’t feel like I’ve accomplished much if I haven’t had a dog by my side and sweat, dirt and grime is covering us both. Then I know I spent that time well.

This sweet face says it all, his name is the cherry on top, Smiley! What a dream, looking for a low key situation as he needs a little time, but he’s 3 years old, and the whole package. Go meet him at Friends of St. Johns County Pet Center

Smiley has been through a lot lately, and what he needs most now is a place to heal. ❤️

This sweet boy was found as a stray and is already undergoing heartworm treatment. What he really needs now is a quiet, loving home where he can rest, heal, and feel safe again.

Heartworms come from a mosquito bite, are not contagious, and treatment is so much easier on them when they can recover in a calm home environment instead of a shelter kennel. Smiley deserves comfort, a soft bed and someone who will love him while he gets better.

If you can adopt, please give this handsome boy the chance to heal with a family by his side.
