Sheltering Arms Coalition E.TX. Sheltering Arms Coalition will facilitate a planned tiny home community that will lift our homeless off the street, giving them a chance to succeed.

Sheltering Arms Coalition will develop a tiny home community to provide a community infrastructure that includes: shelter, food, medical and mental healthcare, job training and placement services, as well as a social/community atmosphere for the homeless veterans of East Texas. Our community will include tiny homes (individual barracks), mess hall, chapel, commissary, field clinic, training/recrea

tional facilities, and HQ. Sheltering Arms Coalition will partner with other organizations, and coalition of like-minded individuals, that will serve our community by striving to end homelessness in East Texas.

The Great Commission tells us to **“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” — Mark 16:15

The Gospel means **Good News**—and don’t we all love to hear good news, especially when it can change our lives forever?

To know Jesus is to know **true love**, and to know Him is to receive the greatest news we will ever hear.

This Sunday, we were blessed to hear the Good News through Billy Alexander, one of our newest volunteer pastors. Billy shared the story of the **Prodigal Son**—a story that, in many ways, is the story of us all.

The son wandered away, but when he returned to his father, he wasn't rejected. **He was welcomed home, loved, restored, and forgiven.** In the same way, when we surrender our lives to our Heavenly Father, we are welcomed home as sons and daughters of the **King of Kings and Lord of Lords!**

That is our prayer for every person who walks through the doors of **Sheltering Arms**: that you will hear the Good News that can change your life forever. We want to feed people **spiritually and physically**—sharing the love of Jesus while meeting the needs right in front of us.

Thanks to our incredible volunteers, we are able to do just that!
