We are a group of local yoga practitioners, teachers, healers, musicians, and like-minded awareness activists who gather for community practice while doing a little good in the world with the mat as foundation. Our high-spirited community practices are always led by a certified yoga teacher and are both challenging and accessible to all levels of practitioner. As an organization, we strive to hall

mark each event with an aspect of service benefitting our community, and we accomplish this via donation and contribution to various non-profit, grassroots, and individual local recipients via clothing drives, canned food drives, awareness and friend-raisers, and monetary donation. Come share light, come share love, come share practice. We can't wait to see you.
