Southern Sands Off Road

Southern Sands Off Road SSOR, while the majority are Jeep owners, not all are and we welcome ALL 4X4's from stock to shock! They loved driving down to Vilano Beach and relaxing.

In 2006, Southern Sands off Road was started 3 guys who owned Jeeps and enjoyed hanging out. The group kind of died out however in 2008 the fire started again and SSOR was reborn. Adding a 4th Member and a desire to have fun, the SSOR family started to grow. In January of 2011 SSOR had it's 1st organized ride. There were a total of 43 Jeeps. It was then they realized how much fun they were having as a club and a family.

Good Morning Sands Fan,

First of all, thank you all that joined us for our Meet N Greet last month at Island Wing Cafe and with a majority vote... we are definitely not going back. Other than that, it was so nice to see everyone who went.

News wise, a group of us will be at Jeep beach from Thursday till Sunday. Let us know if anyone wants to do a day trip and we can coordinate.

This month as some of you noticed we did not have a meeting. Its been busy with twonscouting event and a wedding coming up. I appreciate all of you understanding.

Next month Meet N Greet will be on Saturday April 18th, 2026. The first weekend is Easter and the second weekend I will be camping with the Scouts. The location will be at Mr. Chubbs Wings ON FLEMING ISLAND!
