We have a bit of a situation. There are exactly 102 guaranteed finisher medals remaining sitting in our storage right now, and frankly, they are ruining the vibe. They would look way better hanging on your wall than cluttering up our space!

The clock is ticking because the Miles for Mammos 5K is happening on Saturday, October 17th.

Early bird race bag pick-up for the Miles for Mammos 5K is happening on Friday, October 16th.

Beat the race-day rush and collect your t-shirt, bib, and runner swag ahead of time.

Pick-Up Details
• 📅 Date: Friday, October 16th
• ⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 📍 Location: Onslow Memorial Hospital, right in front of the main entrance

What to Bring
• Just bring yourself! Simply give our volunteers your registered name at the table to collect your items.

Can't make it?
You can have a friend or family member pick up your bag for you. They will just need to provide your full name at check-in.

Have a friend or family member who still wants to join? We will be accepting new race registrations during the pick-up hours. Please note that for new registrations, t-shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Listen, we know tomorrow is the last day of the month, but it is also your absolute last chance to register for the Miles for Mammos 5K Run/Walk before the price jumps! Lock in that sweet $30 rate by tomorrow, September 30th at 11:59 PM, or prepare to pay more later.

Good news: We have officially eliminated all of your excuses. Here is how you can participate:

• In-Person (The "I like snacks and medals" option): Join us at the Jacksonville Commons on Saturday, October 17th at 9:00 AM. It is flat, fast, stroller-friendly, and you can even bring your dog (plus a $5 donation gets them a cool bandana so they can out-style everyone else).

• Virtual 5K (The "I'm doing this in my pajamas" option): Support from wherever you are! Run on a treadmill, jog around your neighborhood, or vigorously walk to your fridge. You still get to support a great cause from the comfort of your own zip code.

Best of all? Every dollar raised goes directly to Julie's Pink Warrior Project to fund free screening mammograms for people in our community who need them most.
