Clearly Jacksonville is an 11-member volunteer community advisory committee charged with determining how digital billboard technology can best support and promote Jacksonville’s not-for-profit entities and community-based initiatives. Clearly Jacksonville dedicates donated digital billboard space to build advocacy for six pillars essential to the quality of life in Jacksonville: arts and culture,

education, locally owned businesses, public safety, animal welfare and health and wellness. The Clearly Jacksonville committee creates opportunities for local not-for-profits, emergency management, law enforcement and other community-based initiatives to quickly and effectively convey their time-sensitive messages to the people of Jacksonville. Since July 2012, Clearly Jacksonville has supported 87 not-for-profits/community initiatives by donating digital billboard space. In total, Clearly Jacksonville secured more than 4 million donated spots to raise awareness for local initiatives, at a value of nearly $200,000.
