Neighborhood Improvement Services team members, City Recreation staff and citizens helped out with the Spring Refresh Project this morning as part of Community Development Week. This initiative helps those neighbors who need assistance to clean up their yards, mow, and trim. Two homes in Jacksonville got this special treatment today.

Neighborhood Improvement Services also provides affordable housing information and offers homebuyer education and assistance, rehabilitation and demolition assistance.

To find out more about Spring Refresh and other programs and services, contact Neighborhood Improvement Services at 910-938-5286 or visit us on the City website (link provided in comments)
