I Support the Girls - Jacksonville

I Support the Girls collects and distributes essential items, including bras, underwear, and menstrual hygiene products, allowing women and folx experiencing homelessness, impoverishment, or distress to stand tall with dignity.

🔴📚Today I dropped off a package to a local school. It had a dozen fully packed menstrual kits for students, along with four packages of pads and 7 packages of tampons. This brought the total to 228 pads and 236 tampons!! Thank you to those who continue to donate!

As the director of the Jacksonville chapter, for ‘I Support The Girls’, I’m still getting my footing on how the mechanics of our nonprofit is going to work and flow productively. But, that being said there are some big things coming up that will help raise awareness in our community and I can’t wait to share those with you !

Unfortunately, PERIOD 🔴 poverty is real, and I’m hoping that we can make a small dent in Jacksonville keeping students from being absent in the classrooms 🩸

We are asking for (4) 6’ folding tables to be donated or gifted to our nonprofit! As we start to get bags of items in from our headquarters, we need tables for our sort & assemble events.

We will be hosting our first volunteer event soon and need a place to put everything while we sort through sizes and put together kits!

Four tables either donated or purchased for our space would be super helpful in doing so! Drop off or shipping would be in Riverside at .🩷💙
