🇮🇳 Educate a Girl. Empower Her Future. Build an Independent India. 🇮🇳 🎓❤️

As India celebrates its 80th Independence Day, Ummid-A Hope Foundation USA is proud to support ASHAYEIN, an initiative of Anand Ashram Charitable Trust, Vadodara.

Through this meaningful initiative, 40 girls from economically disadvantaged families will receive support for three years of college education, giving them not just an education, but the opportunity to build a life of confidence, dignity and independence.

Today, we celebrate a deeper meaning of freedom, the freedom that comes through education, opportunity and the ability to become truly self-reliant.

The Ummid team : Sonia Shahani, CEO & Founder, along with Parag Shah, Deepti Oberai and TJ Patel, is grateful to be part of this journey and to collaborate with the ASHAYEIN team: KS Chhabra, Kanwaljeet Chhabra, Pradeep Chaitanya and Vandana Srivastava, in turning these aspirations into opportunities.

We are thankful to the Shahani Family to celebrate their daughter in law Melanie who is an environmental consultant, her birthday in a special way by giving environmental education to the kids along with the full joy of celebration. The kids planted trees all around the hostel.
