Dreams Come True of Jacksonville is the First Coast’s only local nonprofit dedicated to making dreams come true for children battling life-threatening medical conditions. Dreams Come True of Jacksonville is the First Coast’s only locally based nonprofit dedicated to fulfilling the dreams of children battling life-threatening medical conditions. Since 1984, Dreams Come True has made more than 4,000 dreams come true for children across the First Coast. Joy looks different for every dreamer—swimming with dolphins, going on shopping sprees, meeting celebrities, catching blue marlin, or even seeing the volcanoes in Hawaii. Every dream fulfilled brings hope, joy, and unforgettable memories to a child and their family. Through the work of Dreams Come True, dreams offer families a much-needed break from doctor visits, hospital stays, tests, and treatments. These moments bring laughter, joy, and true childhood experiences back to the forefront—creating memories that carry families through difficult times and leave smiles that last a lifetime.

Ly’Nasia dreamed of a family vacation full of adventure, and that’s exactly what she experienced in St. Pete Beach! From jet skiing and a relaxing spa day to a sunset boat ride and a day at Busch Gardens, this family made memories filled with fun, adventure, and plenty of time together.

A senior trip redo that was truly EPIC! 🎓✨

Colin’s senior year was much different than he anticipated. After spending weeks upon weeks in the hospital and missing out on senior activities, he knew exactly what he wanted for his dream—a senior trip redo!

And to EPIC Universe he went! 🎢✨ The adventure was capped off with light saber making and much-needed family time, creating the kind of senior memories he had been looking forward to making.

A dream filled with Disney magic and Simpson-sized excitement! 💛

Nova couldn’t wait to explore all things Disney and meet the Simpsons—and her dream delivered plenty of magical moments!

Her family shared that Nova “had the best time,” and when she got to experience Simpson Land at Universal, she screamed with pure joy. From meeting characters to connecting with the staff, every moment brought a smile to her face. For her family, this dream meant so much. It gave Nova the opportunity to simply be a kid, make special memories and experience the joy she loves so much. ✨

What an incredible day for our Dreamers! 💙

More than 2,300 participants came together for the 9th Annual Dreams Come True 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run presented by TOTE (TOTE Maritime), helping us raise more than $330,000 to make dreams come true for local children with life-threatening medical conditions.

The impact of this event reached far beyond race day:
🏃 2,300+ participants
💙 Nearly 100 Dreamers joined us
👟 Nearly 150 teams participated
🙌 200 volunteers helped make the day possible
📞 More than $11,000 raised through the Dreams Come True Phone Bank at WJXT4 The Local Station / News4JAX

We’re honored to share that Dreams Come True of Jacksonville was one of the organizations chosen to work with MrBeast (MrBeast) to help make dreams come true for 100 children across the country battling cancer.

Aaron was granted his dream of having everything he needed to work on his prized possession, his truck! From new car parts and tools to everything in between, this team truly thought of everything. 🛠️✨ Working on his 2004 GMC Sierra gives Aaron a way to spend time with his friends, enjoy a sense of freedom and take pride in something that means so much to him. We’re so excited to see where his passion for his truck takes him!
