We just confirmed the Hors d'oeuvre Menu! Flank steak marinated and grilled medium rare Skewered, drizzled with Chimichurri sauce and topped with crumbled blue cheese; Shredded chicken with a Mexican flair: tomatoes, onions, garlic and Chipotle peppers; Seafood Casserole Newberg; Asiago and Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms.
