RenewJax is entering a new chapter 📢

Over the past year, we’ve realized there’s an opportunity to strengthen our local work by aligning with the Sierra Club’s national Beyond Coal Campaign, while continuing to fight for the same goals we’ve always cared about: lower energy costs, cleaner energy, stronger community voices, and getting Jacksonville off coal for good.

As a result, “Renew Jacksonville” will transition to “Jacksonville Beyond Coal.”

This change allows us to tap into Sierra Club’s national campaign resources, policy support, communications, and infrastructure while keeping Jacksonville’s priorities front and center!

This isn’t saying goodbye to RenewJax, it is the next chapter of the same work. Everything we’ve built together is the foundation for what’s next.
