OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM A WOMAN'S W.E.R.K., INC.
Great things are worth building, and sometimes growth requires a season of reflection, restoration, and preparation.
Over the past several months, our Founder and CEO, Creator Shanell, made the intentional decision to step back from public operations to prioritize her health, family, and personal well-being.
Although our public activities were temporarily paused, our vision never stopped moving forward.
Behind the scenes, we have been reevaluating our organizational goals, strengthening our vision, and preparing for the next chapter of community impact.
Today, we are excited to officially announce:

As a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our mission remains rooted in four powerful principles:

These principles guide our commitment to empowering individuals, strengthening families, and creating opportunities for lasting change.
💰 INTRODUCING OUR SIGNATURE FOCUS: FINANCIAL LITERACY!
Moving forward, financial education and economic empowerment will serve as the primary focus of our organization.
Through our JIGSAW DRIP Financial Literacy Program,we will work to equip individuals and families with the knowledge and practical tools needed to:
✅ Develop healthy money-management habits
✅ Build and repair credit
✅ Understand budgeting and saving
✅ Reduce debt and improve financial stability
✅ Prepare for homeownership
✅ Explore entrepreneurship and financial independence
✅ Build generational wealth through informed financial decisions
Our additional youth development, mentorship, women's empowerment, family engagement, wellness, and community initiatives remain part of our long-term vision.
We are also preparing to strengthen our organizational leadership, expand community partnerships, and establish sustainable programming.
