🏡 Would You or Someone You Know Like to Become a Homeowner in Jacksonville?

The Jacksonville Community Land Trust (JCLT) is currently seeking individuals and families interested in affordable homeownership opportunities through our program.

This opportunity is possible when the community, the City of Jacksonville, local developers, lenders, and nonprofit organizations work together to create homes that remain affordable for generations.

Basic program guidelines include:

✔️ Household income generally 80% AMI or below
✔️ No homeownership within the past three years
✔️ Completion of an approved homebuyer education course
✔️ Mortgage pre-approval (don’t worry if you’re not there yet — we will help guide you through the process to become mortgage ready)
✔️ The home must be your primary residence

Hobie’s Ribbon Cutting

What an unforgettable moment for the Jacksonville Community Land Trust on Friday — and an even bigger one for Hobie.

We had the honor of welcoming him into his new four-bedroom, two-bathroom home, built through the partnerships that make permanently affordable homeownership possible in Jacksonville. This milestone reflects months of collaboration, dedication, and belief in what a community can achieve when we work together with intention.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, invested, and celebrated with us. Our partners, neighbors, and friends make moments like this possible — and Friday proved once again that the best is yet to come.

Hobie’s House Ribbon Cutting – What a Day!🎉🏡

What an incredible milestone for the Jacksonville Community Land Trust as we celebrated the ribbon cutting for Hobie’s new home — a beautiful four-bedroom, two-bathroom house built with care, precision, and partnership.

With outstanding work from Flight Builders, we were proud to showcase a permanently affordable home with an anticipated monthly payment of about $950 — a life-changing opportunity that builds long-term stability and generational impact.

We also shared an exciting preview of more of our upcoming home models, reflecting the growth and momentum of permanently affordable homeownership in Jacksonville.

To everyone who joined and supported this celebration — thank you. This is what collaboration in housing looks like: practical solutions, real affordability, and bright futures.
