JASMYN will be offering free and confidential HIV testing and s*xual health education from 6pm - 10pm, so go out with friends AND take care of your s*xual health at the same time. “The CUT” is a community film series hosted by JASMYN. Join us at Yellow House Art Gallery during the HIV Awareness Week of Prevention for the first installment in the series. We will be viewing Kiki, a documentary highlighting the Kiki scene in New York City. Afterwards, we will be sitting down with Ballroom legend, Mother Chi Chi Mizrahi, and discussing the film, as well as Ballroom culture’s history and impact on today’s society. As a powerful advocate for HIV
awareness and prevention, we will also learn about the intersections of community, culture, and HIV in the kiki scene and beyond.

infamous program: "The Social" with our Health Services team offering FREE & CONFIDENTIAL HIV Testing.

"The Social" is an open and interactive, themed space for folks between the ages of 18-29.

📆Tuesday, June 16th from 4:30pm-7:30pm. During this edition, we'll be getting real and answering any and all questions about relationships, friendships, and s*xual health. Join us for a night filled with fun activities and maybe make a friend or two. We'll catch you there ☺
📆Wednesday, June 24th from 4:30pm-7:30pm. During this edition, we will be chatting about STI and HIV prevention, along with other games and activities. Can't wait to see ya there 😉

Join us this Thursday for an all new Book Club and Processing Group featuring the book The House in the Cerulean Sea by TJ Klune. This book explores themes of q***r love, grief, and found family.

Week 1: May 21 will be an introduction of the book, purpose and group norms
Week 2: June 4 will be Chapters 1-5 discussion
Week 3: June 18 will be Chapters 6-10 discussion
Week 4: July 2 will be Chapters 11-15 discussion
Week 5: July 16 will be Chapter 16 through the epilogue discussion and closing the group.

Book Access: We have some free physical copies of the book available gifted to us by TJ Klune, the author of this book. You can also access the book through your local library, Libby, Spotify Audio books, or purchasing it for yourself and supporting this amazing author!

Join JASMYN and take some time to recognize National Youth HIV & AIDS Awareness Day. Regardless of status, youth are impacted by the HIV epidemic. Want to help reduce HIV stigma? Get tested for HIV, grab condoms, and have conversations about safer s*x all at JASMYN! Pull one of our staff aside if you want to talk about reducing stigma within yourself or in your own communities. Help us end the HIV epidemic while empowering young people living with HIV to live long, healthy lives.

EXCITING NEWS! JASMYN will be hosting more free and sliding scale services this Wednesday, April 8th for those 18 to 29. This includes free STI testing, sliding scale STI treatment, and linkage to PrEP and nPEP. Those needing care after an HIV test will also be linked to the care they need on site. These services are courtesy of our friends at . Drop by and take control of your health!
