Thanks to an award from Community Foundation of JH’s Competitive Grants, this year we’ve already been able to expand our impact and investment in Sexual and Reproductive Health Services Teton County Health Department by supporting a new colposcopy program. It’s these kind of partnerships that help make our community a healthier place for everyone!

It happens when people can access the care they need. When neighbors connect with resources. When organizations work together to solve community challenges. And when we invest in the people and programs that keep our community healthy.

This is public health. And we're just getting started.

Did you know? Your dollars MATTER!

In 2025, the vast majority of our funds came from friends and neighbors like you. We are so grateful to have received grants from organizations Community Foundation of Jackson Hole that added to our work. But, we rely heavily on the generosity of our supporters to do what we do.

So if you think your donation, whatever size it may be, doesn't make a difference, it DOES! And we are proud to put those dollars towards supporting an exceptional public health system in Teton County.
