In two more days, Jackson County Hands United will be having a fundraiser at Applebee's, located in the Westwood Mall. The event goes on June 1 and June 2 between 4pm and 9pm. Other business owners, such as Preet, will be there. She offers free mental health services for those struggling. No insurance is required. Larry Artis from Katch a Kid will be there as well, along with some of the wrestlers who will be doing the training. We will also be collaborating with Thomas Burke from Save Our Youth.
If your child is being bullied, this is a perfect opportunity to learn how to defend themselves. All proceeds will help with uniforms, other equipment for our wrestling camp and an experience worth remembering. The Camp is for children between the ages of 10 and 18. They will go through some collegiate and some professional training. We are currently in open enrollment. For every meal that is purchased, Jackson County Hands United receives 20% of the total bill. For more information, please message me, Chance Neilson or Ricky Pickrell.
