“I love serving with SHP because I believe in the mission: ‘No child sleeps on the floor in our town.’ I had no idea how great the need was until I got involved. Having a bed to sleep in is something most of us take for granted, but many of these kids have never had a bed of their own. I believe every child deserves a safe, comfortable place to sleep, and I think it’s unacceptable that some don’t have that.” - Brian

Meet Lowell Beller, Volunteer Build Manager 🛏💛

"I volunteer with SHP because I believe it is an incredible organization that meets a real need in our community. Seeing the joy on children's faces when we deliver a bed to them is truly rewarding. I'm honored to play a small part in SHP's mission and to serve alongside the amazing volunteers in the Jackson chapter." - Lowell

"Serving with SHP, every bed we build represents more than lumber and screws. It represents love, hope, and the belief that every child deserves the comfort, security, and dignity of having a bed to call their own. Being part of a team committed to making sure no kid sleeps on the floor in our town is both humbling and deeply rewarding." - Brandon
