Vendor Spotlight: DarciDog Sanctuary

Helping Paws, One Dog at a Time! 🐾

We're excited to welcome this wonderful nonprofit organization to the market!

Stop by their booth to browse a variety of handmade crafts and beautiful houseplants. Every purchase helps support their work and the dogs in their care. This year, they are raising funds to build fencing, creating a safer and more secure environment for the dogs they serve.

Come say hello, learn more about their mission, and help make a difference—one wagging tail at a time! 🐶❤️

Nellie is really becoming more comfortable in our small outdoor dog run, however is also excited to show you the yard, and how much more room we have to add in a larger fenced in run for her!
Our fundraising this year is focused on the area pictured below. We want to expand the run from its current 30’ by 160’ to 180’ by 180’.
We will continue to share photos and fundraising progress on this exciting project.

Good Morning from Nellie!
She is progressing so well! We are super proud of how she is learning trust and adjusting to the routines! So far we know she is extremely friendly even with her shy demeanor. She has eaten all her meals, tolerating a regular diet without issue. She has kept her kennel clean and has quickly learned leashing. She is very alert and loves watching the other dogs. Oh, and she will consistently give little kisses on your hands after treats. 🐾💕🐾💕

We are all set up for our first fundraiser of the year at the Riverside Farmers Market!

The first night in the sanctuary went well for Nellie, and this morning she is alert and curious as she checks out the exercise pen.
So thankful for the amazing teams that helped this super sweet and scared girl get this far.
We are so thankful to Skylar’s Scholarships for providing for her vetting and facilitating this save.
