The 26th Annual Ocean Beach Park Benefit Volleyball Tournament for Make-A-Wish Connecticut is June 7th this year. And its MAW CT's 40th Anniversary. Looking forward to seeing everyone back on the beach in June!!! Last year for our 25th we raised a record $23,305. Thank you to everyone that participated, volunteered, and donated to make this happen! Lets make the 26th another great one!

The Sun Gods came through for a perfect beach day and 39 teams of 6 on 6, along with volunteers, family and friends were at Ocean Beach to celebrate the 25th annual benefit to support Make-A-Wish Connecticut on Sunday, June 8. We raised a record $23,000 to provide wishes to children with life threatening illnesses!!! And had a blast doing it! SO many to thank for making this happen but especially to Jon and Brendan of the Sandbox, James of JPO Productions, Applebee's, The Kiwanis Club of New London, Critical Signs and Graphics, Lasting Image Photography, Karen Jones, Joe Buccino, Jenna , Luke, Dan, Lee, Judi, Cam, Amy, Jeff, Sammy, Chell, Nancy, Cory, Nadia, Kim and Darby, and many, many more!!! 😀😍 And, Amanda's team "Bob Said Yes" defended their championship to be crowned the Queen of The Beach again! Lots of great competition and plenty of fun was had by all!!

Hope you can make it to the 25th Anniversary Volleyball Tournament at Ocean Beach Park for MAW.
Here are some updates.

If you are registering a team to play in the tournament on Sunday June 8th, you can use the directions on the entry form, but you can also register through the The Sandbox web site link below. Using their web site will allow us to coordinate team information a bit easier, AND issue PARKING PASSES to each team properly. Every dollar of team registration fees and donations will go directly to Make A Wish CT at the end of the tournament on a GIANT check!!

The 25th Annual Ocean Beach Park Benefit Volleyball Tournament will be on Sunday, June 8, 2025. Come on down to help celebrate and raise money to help make life changing wishes come true for children with critical illnesses. Put a 6 on 6 co ed team together, volunteer, and or donate to support the longest running community fundraising event for Make-A-Wish Connecticut! Last year we had a record 49 teams and raised over $22,000. Help us reach our goal of $25,000 in 2025 for our 25th!!!!! 😃
